All settings, time and odometers remain intact when the power is off, with the exception of the clock. This means that operation on battery-free motorcycles with a direct current supply is also possible. The clock can be operated with a 9V block battery.
Note for BMW customers:
For an easy conversion we recommend the following items:
- ACE-TA7 : electronic speedometer cable for 2V Boxer
- ACE-IVR 03 Led Inverter, is required to charge the battery.
- ACE-IHO instrument holder, for the Classic series if necessary.
Installation instructions: The rubber pads supplied are damper rubbers! Please do not tighten them too tightly, otherwise the damping effect will be lost.
